Bathroom 1: en suite to bedroom 1 with bath, wc, shower, bidet, vanity unit.

Bathroom 2: with bath, wc, shower, bidet, vanity unit.

Kitchen:

Separate kitchen fully equipped with cooker, hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, granite worktop.
Utility Room: Washing machine, iron, ironing board, clothes dryer, cleaning equipment.

Living Room:

Well furnished Lounge/Dining room with sofa bed, single chair, dining table with six chairs, coffee table, Satellite TV, DVD, CD player, patio doors to balcony with table and chairs and fabulous views across the marina.

Solarium :

Roof top solarium accessed by stairs with stunning views across the Tomas Maestre Marina, Mediterranean and the Mar Menor. Fully equipped for your pleasure with sun loungers, garden table & chairs, built-in barbeque, fridge/freezer, shower to cool off in, lights & power.

Cleaning/towels/linen:

Towels and bed linen are provided for guest use. Please bring your own towels for the beach. A travel cot is available if required for babies or very young children. (free of charge). The apartment is cleaned prior to guests arrival.

Please note that our apartment has been designated non-smoking. Smoking is only allowed on the roof top solarium & balconies.

This is a modern, stylish and well equipped apartment with a community swimming pool and new hard court area for ball games and is exclusively for the use of residents only. Having underfloor heating and air conditioning the apartment is for use all year round.
